Sends unknown data to Eric Snider

It’s a great game but it sends unknown data to Sniderware.
I wrote to the developer:
Eric Snider, Im really disconcerted. Why would a Solitaire game want to send data from my iPhone to you or someone else you know??
I used to be able to just turn it off. Now I cant. I can only turn off cellular use for sending you all my data on my iPhone.
Why do want my contacts, etc? Pictures?
Id delete the game, but Ive always liked it.
Please be upfront and tell us all what data you are taking from us.
